In the golden autumn season, after a busy peak period, it was time for relaxation and enjoyment of team bonding under the warm sun. To enhance camaraderie among colleagues and strengthen team cohesion, in November 2024, all employees of Shenzhen Xunwei Zhilian Technology Co., Ltd. embarked on an autumn journey with excitement and anticipation, embracing the sea, letting loose, and heading together to Xunliao Bay.

At the start of the event, the company's team, with its efficient organizational skills, led the colleagues to participate in the first interactive game session, quickly closing the distance between colleagues and creating a warm and harmonious atmosphere for the team-building activities.

Following the games, came the highlight of this activity: the tug-of-war competition. The company had prepared special gifts for everyone; the winning team of the tug-of-war would each receive a popular children's smartwatch produced by the company. Each team member exerted all their strength, pulling together just as they do at work, demonstrating our Xunwei team's spirit of never giving up and working together.

After the games, General Manager Mr Xiang Sheng presented the prizes to the members of the winning tug-of-war team, who enjoyed this moment of glory with great excitement. Amidst applause from everyone, the morning program came to an end.

Following the morning games, the company also prepared a sumptuous seafood meal. Everyone raised their glasses in celebration, toasting to themselves, to the future, and wishing the company continued success.......

After lunch and a brief rest, we embarked on today's most anticipated segment: sailing out to sea.

A gentle breeze caressed the sea surface as sailboats gradually left the pier, undulating with the waves. Golden sunlight sprinkled over the blue ocean, creating shimmering ripples. On the azure sea, setting sail, feeling the unique gift of the sea. The tall sails changed direction continuously under the sea breeze, now left, now right, dancing gracefully like a waltz with the wind. "There will be times when the long wind breaks the waves; we'll hoist our sails directly and cross the vast sea." Life is like a sailboat navigating the sea, encountering storms at any moment, but always adjusting direction according to the wind, setting sail, and eventually reaching the harbor.

The 2024 team-building activities were successfully concluded with the active participation and joint efforts of all employees.
